Build on the Positive

In our continual efforts for self-improvement and optimal health, sometimes we can get bogged down by the negative. 

Take an honest look at all of the positive things you are doing in your life. Make an inventory of everything that IS working, currently–aspects of your diet, lifestyle, activities, relationships that are going well. Dwell on your current wins. 

And then build on them. Start from a place of positivity, hope, and light-heartedness. Give yourself a break.

You’ve come a long way to get where you are now; you’ve had many triumphs. 

You’re doing great, keep it up.
